Target groups

• 44 farmers of five orange collective groups.
• 12 master trainers on Gender Action and Learning System – GALS.

Objective

1. Integrate GALS in orange value chain for 44 farmers of five collective groups.
2. Build capacity for 12 master trainers on GALS.

Outcome/output indicators

1. At least 75% of farmers participated in GALS agreed that they are more confident in raising their voice at meetings and more actively participated in making decisions in their families and collective groups.
2. All farmers participated in GALS are able to develop their action plans and 50% of them can report their achievements at the end of the project part (in December 2019).
3. 12 trainers who improved their capacity by project part become GALS’s key facilitators and are able to provide training on GALS integration for farmers in orange value chain.

Activities

1. Meeting with 10 groups to conduct training need assessment and brief introduction on GALS for all collective group members.
2. GALS - TOT trainings for 12 master.
3. GALS training and practicing for 44 farmers.
4. GALS coaching trips.
5. A review workshop on GALS achievement.
6. Monitoring by Oxfam.
