DWC - Community Management Training Handbook (2022)

Community Management Training Handbook following the Special Mechanism in implementation of National Target Programs regulated in Decree No.27/2022/ND-CP.

Training objectives:

After the training, the participants will understand:

The levels of participation;
The concepts of Community Management and its approach;
The benefits and principles of applying CM;
The concept of internal resources-based village development according to the New Rural Development program;
How to analyze their internal resources and prioritize community solutions;
The basic contents of the Special Mechanism and the step to apply it to small-scale infrastructure and production models.
